  I recently sold my Hemet house. It was a secondary home as I live in Huntington Beach. With a referral, I hired Jan Sisson. She was very polite, professional and nice to deal with in the initial stages of getting the home listed. as well as being willing to have private party showings only. I appreciated that as I could not be there full time so she was responsible for coming into the home prior to the showing and getting it ready, i.e. lights on, draperies and shutters open, etc. The house sold at a fair price in three weeks with only 30 day escrow and clean sale.
  She always replied to my calls, texts and emails.
  
  At this point, five weeks after the close of Escrow, I am very disappointed that I have never received a message or any replies from Jan. I wrote to her a few weeks ago asking if she would be willing to give the lady who referred her a referral gift. With no reply, I wrote again a few days ago expressing my disappointment; still no reply.
  
  As a decorator, designer and staging professional, I work with realtors in Orange County. I know that they, not only, acknowledge their referring people with a gift but also thank the people who listed with them, because of whom they've earned a commission! Because Jan has not bothered to reply to my asking about the referral gift or to even thank me for my business, I would not refer her. The lady in Hemet who referred her will not either which is very unfortunate as she handles MANY Estate Sales and refers many agents. Also, the agents here in Orange County often refer agents in the Hemet, San Jacinto area. Alice was highly referred to me but I trusted the referral and liked Jan so hired her.
